Congrats! Do you get parking? I used to work in a building down by there and I paid the City of Alexandria a ton of money. Since you don't seem to dislike your boss/people you work with etc - what if your boss asked what he could do to change your mind and you asked for all the things you're getting? (more money, ability to work from home etc)?
Also can I ask who you're going to be working for? or is that too personal?
