Since my obligation to the government is coming to a close, I hope to explore some of the other options out there in the tech/programming field. However, I've only ever done academic resumes before, and so I'd appreciate feedback/constructive criticism ^_^

I'm going to assume the extra line breaks are put in by formatting.

What kind of vulnerability scanner? Network? OS? Gas leak from steam pipes? Ninja intrusion?

I don't see anything wrong with the resume, and it should be good to go as-is. Here are just some styling suggestions.

Consider breaking the first "Work collaboratively" into two sections. One about integrating with Office and an outside vendor, and another about automating accreditation.

Consider putting your Skills at the top. Depends on which is more important for your reader to know, what you can do, or what you have done?

Your college should be on the line below EDUCATION (note caps), to fit the formatting of the rest of the resume.

Do you have any accreditations or certifications? Those can go either under Education or as a seperate category.

From a personal standpoint, I like a resume to tell me something about the person. To give me some talking points to act as a starting point for discussing technical applications.
Do you have any related memberships? (Programmers association, etc)
How about somewhat related activities that you can talk about? (Big Brother/Big Sister, Member of a community organization, )
Achievements? (presented at a conference, shareware applications, etc)

I hates the resumes. You're doing well if you have one in my book. I just followed the example my career services made, though I think everyone in that department is incompetent. Good luck.
