Reverse Commute Question

So we're starting to look at housing for when our lease ends in August, and we're seeing some promising stuff out in the area of Vienna/Fairfax. Does anybody have an idea of how traffic is going southbound on Rt. 123 in the morning (around 7 or 8) and northbound in the evening (around 4 or 5)? (I've done northbound in the morning and southbound in the evening and it's not fun, but I'm hoping the opposite will be better ^_^)
