If you wish to subscribe to your friends' entries using a feed aggregator, you can add each of your friends' individual feeds. Alternatively, if you have a paid, permanent or early adopter account, you can use a specially designed custom style to subscribe to all of your friends at once."
(I did have to go to Google to find that, the FAQ search didn't help much.)
