Guess those years of government work paid off after all

I'm helping a friend come up with bureaucratic equivalents for what he does so he can provide his supervisors with something that they can put into their org charts.

His comment to my suggestions "Oooo, you're good at this!"
My response: "Hee, it's kind of fun, even if I do feel like I'm dying inside a little bit..."
