Dewey Defeats Truman?

Well, I was just over at CNN's website and, while the race is still too close for them to be willing to call it one way or the other right now, and the results may not be tallied for several days, Bush is claiming victory.

I hope so hard at this point that he is wrong; it would be a fitting close to the pattern that his presidency seems to have been following...
