Moving Mania

Okay, I've got a cargo van reserved for Sunday (yes, van, because it was longer than the comparably priced truck and should have enough room for the futon, bookshelves, computer desk, and dresser that I want to move--and maybe even have enough room left over for a couple of boxes, but I can get those in my car if necessary. More importantly, I'm about a zillion times more comfortable driving a cargo van around in DC traffic than I am with a moving truck.) Equipment-wise, I seem to be in good shape for getting stuff from Alexandria to Woodbridge.

Now all I need is people! So if you don't have plans for Sunday and would like to help me out with the moving, please let me know. I'm hoping to get started around 10 AM and should be done by 2 or 3, depending on how many people we have. If you only want to help out with loading and then go home (or with unloading, same thing) that's cool. No one shall be turned away! ;)

Absolutely! And if it turns out that you can be there a little early (or if we have enough time afterwards), we might be able to get that other chest of drawers to your place too if it won't fit in your car.
