Wacky Fun

I've been doing some work on getting a page up with a space to enter free-form text strings (you know, kind of like making a livejournal entry ;) and wanted to put some data into it to test it out and see whether it worked.

This is my Bio. I was born the eldest child of a poor family of space mariners. They explored the vast wastelands of outer space and occasionally wrangled interplanetary cattle as they grazed nebulously among the stars.

I jumped ship when I was about 15 and swam for my life. Of course, you can‘t swim very far in outer space, and I soon had almost completely depleted my oxygen supplies. My suit‘s automatic override safety system kicked in and froze me into cryogenic stasis. Brr! Doc picked me up as her ship was passing by and revived me. Now I owe her my life, and am paying her back by keeping her ship moving. It‘s not always much fun, but then again, it sure beats wrangling space cattle.

Honestly I have no idea where this stuff comes from...
