Temptation
Aug. 14th, 2008 10:29 pmI'm trying to study for the final that I have next week on Tuesday. Never before have I so desperately wanted to try to make a magnet wire kumihimo braid for my flash drive (with the complementary color being Matrix Green...)
(Yes. The two are as completely unrelated as they look, except the craving peaked just as I sat down to start going over notes.)
Must not think about anything lest I be pulled away into it. I study until 11:30, then I get a break for either Metroid Prime, Sandman, or Quicksilver. (I do not get to start kumihimo then because I want to actually go to bed before 1, and unless things work out a lot differently than I anticipate it's going to take me at least an hour and a half to actually get the magnet wire and thread warped onto the bobbins, which is the first real stopping point that you get when you're starting a new braid. Whew, let the run on sentences begin!)
